go to http://prezi.com/index/ 

Initially you have to create an account there. (Totally Free)

For that Click "Sign up now"  

Enter Your Details

Now it automatically sent an E-mail to you to confirm. Then you need to go to your E-Mail and verify that. 

After you complete go to "New prezi" to start a presentation.

Now select any Template from there 

This was my selected Template and now I can change details according to my choice. 

You can add photo and Video also.

After you finish job select "Present" option as below. 

Attention: 

You must have Internet connection to present this presentation. Otherwise you can Download it and present without Internet connection also.
